Comment:
Edith Hill, of Fayetteville, her daughter Peggy Hill (left) and granddaughter Ashley Hill, 10, place a poinsettia at the grave of WWII Naval veteran Cecil Hill, Edith’s husband, Wednesday afternoon at the Fayetteville National Cemetery. The family traditionally places flowers on the grave on Christmas Eve but decided to do it a day early this year because of the anticipated bad weather today. “Sharing is what Christmas is all about and sometimes you have to share with memories,” Peggy Hill said.
